Warranty Policy

All of our products come with a 12 months warranty.

When returning items under warranty (after the initial 30 days), you are responsible for the cost of safe return to us and to ensure we receive the item in reasonable condition. Once we receive your goods, we will carry out any necessary testing and checks and will replace the part for you. In the event that the part has been discontinued or no longer available, we will offer a suitable replacement or refund.

Our warranty does not cover damage to the part caused by fitting or removal of the part. If a part is returned to us with damage, this will unfortunately not be covered under warranty.

During the warranty period, if any problem, we will make every effort to provide you with satisfactory services. To ensure you receive your full product warranty benefits, please read the following parts carefully:

Warranty Period:
The warranty period of batteries are 1 year from the date of delivery on the bill of the lading.

Warranty Range: 
All products are sold by YUMIND:
A) Supply various consumable materials;
B) Periodically carry out inspection by email or telephone calls and provide advice and maintenance;
C) Defective parts can be returned to the factory to be repaired or be replaced;
D) Lifetime maintenance will be provided after the 1 year warranty period expires.

Warranty range doesn’t include the following:
1) The cost of the wearing parts is not covered in the warranty;
2) Do not repair failures caused by physical damage, improper operation, unauthorized changes to the product, and attempt to repair or other natural or manmade disasters.
