Q: How to order in bulk? 

Step 1: Inform us the model and quantity you need and payment method.

Step 2: Make a PI for you to confirm the order details.

Step 3: Arrange the payment after we confirm your order.

Step 4: Delivery your goods within the stipulated time.

Q: Are your products safe and quality assured?

Yes, we are certified by CE, RoHS, IEC62133, MSDS, UN38.3, FCC, PSE, UL, ISO 9001:2015 etc.

Q: How long is the warranty period?

Our products come with 12 months warranty and life-time service support.

Q: Can you provide OEM service?

Yes, OEM order is accepted, you could customize logo, package and label.

Q: What’s your MOQ ?

Neutral MOQ: 100pcs (Accept mixed models)

OEM MOQ: 1000pcs

Q: Is your battery wholesale new?

Yes, all of our products with true 0 cycle whole brand new. High Quality AAA battery. 

Q: What’s your shipping time

Sample orders: About 1-3 days.

Neutral Bulk orders:  About 3-5 days.

OEM Customized Bulk orders:  About 5-7 days.

Q: What payment terms do you support?

T/T(bank transfer), PayPal

Q: What’s your package carton size?

Usually one carton within 200pcs batteries.

Outside Carton Size: 36.2*25.2*28.8 cm; Inside White Box Size: 125*63*12mm

Q: What is your shipping methods?

DHL, UPS, EMS, FedEx, Air freight, Sea freight.

Q: How about the return and exchange policy?

Our products come with 1 year manufacturer warranty and life-time service support. You can return or exchange your items in any of the following circumstances:

  1. Faulty items (Please stop using the faulty product immediately)
  2. Damaged items or wrong models / numbers
